We are looking for a passionate talent connector to tell the story of our insurance brokerage within the Edmonton market. Partnering with executive leadership as the Brand Ambassador, you will be the leader responsible for weaving the story of the firm into a proactive talent acquisition strategy. Delivering on this strategy means you will show Brokers how they can add a little magic to their own and clients’ lives when joining the organization. From developing the strategy to everyday moments, you’ll be responsible to help define and shape the future of this growing organization.

What you’ll do:
- Create your own success for the organization by owning this newly developed role
- Work closely with the Leadership team to understand the needs of the business
- Develop and implement a successful talent Attraction & Acquistion strategy
- Execute the plan of attack by rolling up your sleeves and proactively connect with talented potential employees
- Evaluate, select, Implement and maintain a functional an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
What we’re looking for:
- You have 5+ years of recruitment experience in a proactive (agency / corporate) environment
- You understand the needs of the business and are able to translate their goals into actionable plans
- You dare to think outside the box and know how to source candidates on multiple platforms
- At the core, you are a Hunter with a knack for connecting the talented and have a competitive drive to succeed
- You are a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and wants to continuously learn
